OPTIMAX® TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE ADHESIVES
Optimax® two-component polyurethane adhesives are high performance manufacturing products for difficult bonding, sealing and potting applications. They are the products of choice when fast cure, flexibility and superior bond strength are needed. These two-component polyurethanes cure to give tough, resilient, and in many cases, structural bonds. Polyurethanes are a highly versatile product group.
Optimax® polyurethanes provide the advantage of a rapid initial bond before curing fully. This reduces the need for clamping resulting in a more flexible manufacturing process. They provide water resistant seals and can be painted to match surrounding surfaces.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT POTTING APPLICATIONS
Novachem offers a wide range of polyurethanes which are specifically designed and developed for use in electronic component potting applications. This product range provides reinforcement to housed assemblies and protection from exposure to chemicals, moisture, vibration and shock. Cure speed varies depending on the grade. Cure times from 7 to 40 minutes are available.
